1Acceptance

By accessing or using MailFlow at mailsendertool.online you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2Description of service

MailFlow lets you send bulk emails via your own Gmail account using the Gmail API. You retain full ownership and control of your Gmail account and all emails sent through it.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Google account. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to recipients who have not consented
• Violate the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy or Gmail sending limits
• Send emails containing malware, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Violate any applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL
• Circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions imposed by Google or this Service

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these terms.

5Your responsibilities

• All content sent through your campaigns
• Obtaining proper consent from email recipients
• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

6Google API compliance

The Service accesses your Gmail via the Google API. Your use of Google data is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, and branding belong to MailFlow. Your campaign content remains your own. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that emails will be delivered. Delivery depends on Gmail API availability and Google's own limits.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed email delivery or Google account suspension.

10Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted.

11Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
